I meet with several team members and hr. It was an informal conversation with a few questions about past experience and where company is going etc. Everyone was very nice and had a small shop feel

Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter for an open position at end of July. Interviews were rescheduled frequently. After months of interviews with 6 people and 3 rounds that stretched through September, I never heard back that they were not interested. Very unorganized and an indicator of how working there would be I’m sure. Red flags all over the place.
