I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A+E Networks UK in Apr 2022
Interview
later I received an email inviting me to a screening call to discuss the role in more detail.
I felt the screening call went well and the woman was very chatty and polite. After the call, I was told that I should hear from them in two days so wait to hear from them.
The next day I received an email telling me what the salary was for the role and if I were still interested. I said despite the salary being slightly lower than what I was previously on I still said I was interested in being considered.
Towards the end of that week, I received an email inviting me to a face to face interview at their London offices.
The interview lasted 40 minutes and the two members conducting the interview were senior members of staff who each had a page worth of questions which I tried to answer as best as I could.
After the interview I was told they still had people to see as they only begun interviewing people the day before my interview and I would have to wait until after easter to find out if I were invited to the next stage.
The day after my interview I saw on LinkedIn that the job had been reposted so, I sent an email asking if I could get feedback as I had seen the same job I was just interviewed for reappear within a day.
I then received an email explaining that the time frame for the job posting had expired and so they had to repost again as recruitment was still taking place. I was also told that there wasn't any feedback from my interview yet but there should be soon last week.
A month after my interview and after numerous emails asking for feedback I finally received some. (I also logged into my candidate portal to see that the status of my application said "company not interested"). I was told despite coming across professional and having good knowledge of the tv industry and their company along with answering questions well they, decided that they would be going with someone who knew about their values more.
I was somewhat surprised as I was previously told there was another stage in the interview process before an offer was made and personally found the whole process harsh and dismissive.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A+E Networks UK in Feb 2021
Interview
Very comfortable interview process, asking all the questions you'd expect. but also allowing plenty of opportunity for you to show off any research into the organisation. My first interview was part of a virtual assessment centre, whereas my second was standalone.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at A+E Networks UK (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
It took hr about 3 weeks to arrange a 1st stage interview. The interview itself was done via MS Teams and was conducted by one of the acquisitions managers. My interview feedback is unfortunately negative as the interviewer was not very much interested in the whole process, looked tired and all the time avoided an eye contact, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. A constant eye contact is a key thing during the interview. I was told then that the interview outcome will be known within a few working days, but in reality I didn't get any. Only after calling the hr directly I was informed that the interview was unsuccessful. Quite a bad coordination on both the hr and the management side.
