I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at A Promotions in Jul 2021
Interview
So applied for this job, thinking it would be marketing, like social media/public relations. Within the 10 MINUTE first round interview (which they were 5 minutes late starting, and then the interviewer dropped off the zoom during it), I find out it's sales and that I'm personally invited back to the 2nd round. I got very minimal information.
I was told that you basically go entry level for like 3 weeks, then move to account manager, then to assistant director, and then you own a branch. This all occurs within a 6 month timeline.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at A Promotions (Atlanta, GA) in May 2021

First-round Zoom Interview with HR
second-round in-person interview one of the managers depends on which team needs you. They might give you an offer on-site at the second round. Overall it was a smooth and nice meeting with them. However, if you find a much more decent job, I would not recommend going any further.
I applied online. I interviewed at A Promotions (Doraville, GA) in Apr 2021
Interview
It was a fast and smooth process. I first did a virtual interview. Then, I was invited to come in for a second interview in-person. There was also a third interview, if you get pass the second one. The whole process took about an hour.
