Interview was conducted over teams about a week after applying. Had to email for feed back as a couple weeks passed and I wasn't informed that I hadn't been successful, which I had safely assumed. The feedback was left on a voicemail outlining many things which were fair but noting I wanted the job for self centered reasons was the opening statement, I'm not sure that's how I would deliver feedback. All in all a negative and bizzare experience

very easy going interview and great feedback from interviewer was a very relaxed environment with plenty of encouragement. Guided through the questions and all my opinions taken on board would recommend
