I had my first interview, which was a bit challenging, to assess my bilingual proficiency. Since I did well, they moved me on to the second in-person technical interview. This time, it was scheduled at an inconvenient time, taking up the entire afternoon. I had to pay for parking since they don’t have any. They asked standard job-related questions to assess my availability. Then, the technical manager began asking very convoluted questions that had nothing to do with either the role or the resume I had submitted. These are questions designed to inevitably disqualify the candidate, regardless of the answer provided.
Later, they provided incorrect feedback, limiting themselves to the typical response: “After careful consideration, we have decided to move forward with other candidates whose profiles better match our company’s needs.”
