I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ABACS (Woburn, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process was very pleasant. I went for an interview at the office and was asked the typical interview questions, in addition they asked me to define common ABA terms and tested my basic knowledge of behavioral concepts. They also asked for a list of references which they called individually and logged their responses for review in the selection process.
Skype call platform. It went on for about 30-45 minutes. They gave a few scenarios of challenging behaviors and ask that you describe what you would do. They also ask if you're familiar with some ABA-related terms.

Interview
They interviewed me after getting my resumé. However, when I got there, the lady who interviewed me just sat there listening to my answers while typing on a computer, it was pretty uncomfortable. They claim they contacted my references but my references were not contacted, even with all the information given.
