Interview
Easy, spent more time explaining the school itself than asking questions. Basically you get hired on if they like how you look/sound. Interview is done over skype in Japan or meeting in person in Japan at the school itself.
The interview went very well. The panel was friendly and professional, the questions were clear, and I felt confident discussing my experience. Overall, it was a positive and encouraging experience.
