ABC Recycling interview questions

I had the opportunity to go through a thorough interview process with ABC Recycling, including preparing a detailed 30-60-90 day plan and meeting with the team four separate times. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, and I enjoyed learning about the company's mission and values. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication after the final interview. Despite investing a significant amount of time and effort in the process, I never received any feedback after requesting it, which felt disheartening. Constructive feedback would have been greatly appreciated to help me improve for future opportunities. Overall, it was a valuable experience, but I would suggest that the company consider providing clearer communication and feedback to candidates who invest considerable time in the interview process.
