Skype and email, via a very useful contractor. Had some technical issues, possibly from my end, as I have poor wifi connection. Interviewer gave plenty of information and the process moved quickly. Contracts were viewed shortly after and questions answered.

the English speaking presentation was asked. A brief introduction of yourself. Some related working experience is prioritized. Good communication skill is required. It is better to prepare a nice presentation.

Interview
February 2019. I had two skype chats; one was a short one with an outside agent and a second one with two agents and a school manager. None of them was very challenging. I was requested a short video afterwards. I was offered a job with good compensation and conditions. However, I declined as location was in a very isolated place in NW China and hours were too many (25t+15o). I've got a good impression though.
