ABS Graphics Variable Data Programmer interview questions

Phone interview first to go over all the basics and requirements for the job. Then 1 on 1 interview with the pre-press manager and a shop tour. I did not have to take any tests or preform any work. I was offered a low ball salary which I refused. The manager called me back a week later and asked me to come back in to go over the offer. When I arrived I met with the pre-press manager and also the plant manager. But they made the exact same low ball offer which I refused again.
