Interview
I was contacted by a member of the HR team who explained the role to see if it was of interest. Following confirmation that the role was of interest a copy of the job specification was emailed to me with the agreed date for interview. The interview was held in a location local to the position and was carried out by the HR Director and the South Region Director. The interview was very professional and covered all aspects of the role.
