ADCES interview questions

This was an average interview process. There was a phone screen with HR that lasted 45 minutes, then a virtual interview with HR and the hiring manager that lasted about 1.5 hours. Then a 3 hour in-person interview with the hiring manager, CEO, and lateral staff. The HR person came in at the end and told me there might be another round. I sent thank you notes to everyone. Then they completely ghosted me. Never heard from them again. Then the job was re-posted. Then it was re-posted again through an outside recruiter. It’s disappointing as I would have expected at least a standard rejection letter after 3 rounds and for a position of this level.

Thoughtful and interactive. Multiple meetings with HR, supervisor, potential peers, and direct reports. Seemed open and forthcoming in my questions about the company and the role. Took some time to work the process but felt it helpful in both parties making an informed decision.
