I spoke with recruiters at a career fair and then was interviewed by two current employees. It was a typical behavioral question based interview. They asked me question about what I knew about the company and about the position I was interviewing for. They left time for questions at the end and encouraged me to ask as many questions as possible.

What do you know about ADM? What do you know about the specific position? Name a time you and a teammate had a disagreement. What is an ethical dilemma you have been in? Are you open to relocation?
Applied at career fair then interviews at headquarters with 3 different teams. They were nice and asked questions that were relevant to my knowledge and resume. They did ask me questions about my opinion on markets but that was it for technical questions, they really just had a conversation with me which I enjoyed
