Met and interviewed on campus after a career fair. Was offered a recorded interview and following the recorded interview was given a phone interview. I received an offer following the phone interview and was given 2 weeks to accept or decline.

Interview
I attended a career fair at my university and was called back for an in person interview. Following this, I received a call from an HR person informing me that I had obtained the position pending a background check and drug screening. The interview largely stressed safety and maintanence and reliability among other things. They are stressing those as initatives in recent years.
