The process was nice and smooth they asked about your pass experience and about 5-6 STAR questions like how do you handle rude customer what was the situation and how you handled it
Very easy and detailed process. Followed step by step and made sure to be a good candidate. Learned a lot from the virtual test so that helped a lot with the interview
