I got a 30 minute phone interview thought everything went well and was waiting for a job offer to come through over e-mail. Never heard anything, reached out and got a virtual interview 1 month later where I was on only one with my webcam on. They spend the whole interview talking about their mandatory company party in Atlanta and after digging around on the internet a lot of employees were super aggravated they were not allowed to leave the hotel the whole weekend. They also said my reward for high sales would be trips with the company and that my family was not allowed to come with. They also made those sound mandatory. Honestly these are all red flags, females really be careful I get a bad vibe!

Basic questions. They were more interested in making sure that you knew there would be mandatory travel commitments that were seen as "rewards".

Bragged about the company and lectured on the requirement of coming to their yearly conference and not being allowed to leave hotel. Hardly asked any questions about me. Super weird rules. Red flag.

Interview
Applied on ADTRAV’s website. Received email next day from HR to set up phone call to talk about the position. The phone interview was a few hours later with two of the operations managers. Was a more “casual” interview. Was told I would receive an email either way about position. Got email within a few hours with an offer.
