The first round was supposed to be a simple interview with the Managing Director just to get to know each other, with some case studies and more interviews to follow later on. To my desmay he did not turn on his camera so I was talking to my black screen the whole time. After some basic questions about my previous work experiences I was asked some test questions which I did not expect based on what was said about the recruitment process. They were a bit vague sometimes and not related to social media marketing at all. It was overall fine, although I did not get a great vibe and despite being promised a follow-up email, they never got back to me which I found quite rude, especially for a smaller company who did not have hundreds of candidates to sort through.
