AES interview questions

Great interview process. Applied through their recruiting software and within 24 hours had a confirmed in-person interview. During the interview, I was given a tour, met several team members and enjoyed the process. Although I was not chosen for the position, the process, team, and company were impressive. I will add that I was informed that I was not chosen in a timely manner.

I applied online and was called within a few days to request a face to face interview. I went for the interview and was greeted by the Operations Director who started general conversation to help me become more comfortable and less nervous about the interview. The HR Director came in and we began the interview through a series of questions. During the interview, both of the company representatives were easy to talk to, asked great questions, and made me feel very comfortable. As part of the 2nd round, they ask that I respond to a customer inquiry through e-mail and complete an excursive in Microsoft Excel to evaluate my skills in those areas. I was very pleased about the whole process and have heard so many great things about this company!
