1st interview was great. Met with 2 people and felt like I was good fit. I was asked to come back and meet with 3 people. That day, I got email saying 3rd person couldn't attend but would be there by video. Ok. I go in w/my presentation, as I'm giving my presentation he's on video reviewing my LinkedIn profile, asking questions. Kinda rude, but, ok. Meanwhile, they're asking about AP courses I could teach; I can teach about 8. Back to person on video. He's asking about a degree I have bc even though he went to Harvard he's never heard of it so I guess it doesn't exist? Next day I get request for background check that doesn't comply w/MA & FRCA laws. It's asking me waive all rights given me under FRCA. I never got the separate FRCA background disclosure. I bring this to owner's attention and I hear crickets. So. yeah.
