I appreciated the clear communication.The interviewers were very approachable, which made it easy to discuss my experience openly and honestly. While physical presence and vigilance are important in many AETOS roles, such as security officers and patrol units, the work also requires strong observation skills, the ability to follow procedures meticulously, and effective communication skills to interact with the public and report incidents accurately.
