Interviewed during covid so was conducted over Zoom. The analyst I interview with had zero interest in talking with me and he looked extremely stressed and irritated. Was curt and obviously overwhelmed and overworked.

Start with a cognitive and technical exam. If you pass you have 2-3 analyst / associate interviews. Assuming those go well you have a final technical test and a final round interview with the CEO/CFO
