AIAG interview questions

I had a phone interview with Ultimate Staffing and went in for a video introduction. I did not receive the position they decided to hire internally. I was informed to change my hairstyle ( I had braids ethnic style). I am glad to know that my ethnic hairstyle helped AIAG make their decision not to hired me and not my work experience. I would not want to work for a company when you are judge about a hairstyle . Next they will declined to hire you because they simply don't like the way you look.

Salary says "negotiable" but please don't try to negotiate because the rate is really firm. They did not counter my proposed asking salary during the 'negotiation period,' only declined because my asking salary was considered too high. I may have accepted lower, if only they talked to me - negotiated.
