It took me 1 year to finish the whole interview peocess. 2 Knowledge tests. 2 oral interviews. They would ask you an assigment in the first interview based on your current job. The 2nd will have 10 questions that you will have to record a video answering the questions. You have to attempts. The 3rd and 4th are basically a generall talk about yourself and they would introduce what it's like living as a Sailor.
