I received a call from HR without a prior notice. The HR person was very understanding and keen on getting the key points of my skill set and when she summarized our conversation I got a feeling that I could be a very good fit. A week after, I had an 1:1 interview with an associate director whose acting was quite strange. He did not show any interest in starting and continuing the conversation and if I hadn't asked my questions, the interview could have finished in 5 minutes. Despite my negative feeling when I asked him about the capabilities of an ideal candidate, he replied my skills that I'd told him earlier.
I read some negative comments about PRECIMA on GlassDoor-LoyaltyOne page and generally I felt the same way.
