I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AISIN Group (Northville, MI) in Mar 2016
Interview
Two round total. Basically similar questions in both rounds. Review the resume and ask some behavior questions and they will introduce their job responsibility and development plan. I got the second interview immediately after the first and went through the similar process except with higher manager in the second interview.
Start with self introduction. Go through your resume and ask you to describe the projects you did before. Then ask technical questions regarding your skills. Last you have chance to ask them questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AISIN Group (Northville, MI)
Interview
Two in person interviews. First was about experience and background. Job description was laid out. Next interview was relaxed, see if you fit in with the people. Lots of time to ask questions. Ask any question you have, ask away if you have any concerns. Know a little bit about the company before going in. Know the product and product group you might join. I think at second interview, they should show you around to see the technical center. Potential employees will get a better idea of the type of work happening.
