Il colloquio è costituito principalmente da tre fasi: Nella prima fase mi sono presentato e ho descritto il mio percorso universitario, nella seconda fase mi sono state poste diverse domande tecniche mentre nell'ultima mi sono state poste domande in merito alla posizione lavorativa che dovrei andare a ricoprire (ad esempio la disponibilità o meno nel fare esperienze all'estero, la disponibilità o meno nel lavorare in ufficio e la fascia di retribuzione gradita).

Interview
The process was fast and unambigious. I experienced 3 steps with that company. The first step is phone call with human resource. The second step is a video call with account manager of the company. The final step is with the project manager.

Interview
I sent my CV via LinkedIn after they had posted an offer.
She called me by phone to arrange an interview.
Interview invitation sent with link to test to be passed .
Her questions are not clear and precise.
She didn't even read my CV and the interview was not productive.
She told me that she will return to me with a feedback but she didn't. So I sent to her a message in LinkedIn, and asked for reasons of their decline, she told me that she will call me by phone, by she didn't.
