I was applied online and had a first half HR half technical interview. The recruiter told me that his feedback would be possible and that they wanted to continue with my process right away so I would have the second interview with the client that same week. 4 weeks have passed and I recieved no info and they never replied to my messages.

Insopportabile che dopo il primo colloquio ti facciano compilare il loro "Dossier professionale". Avete già il mio CV, avete già il mio profilo linkedin, se volete un file word formattato come pare a voi, che userete solo voi fatevelo con i dati che già avete al posto che far perdere tempo agli altri. Ma sopratutto dopo aver fatto perdere il tempo ai candidati almeno degnatevi di perdere voi 30secondi per dargli una risposta.
