I had two managers interview me and I was also interviewed in a group. I was not the only one being interviewed, which was fine but it makes it hard because you want to make sure you're answering the questions and not repeating what everyone else is saying.

This was my first job interview. I showed up to the store with my resume in hand, and they gave me their application. I filled it out and turned it in. They called me about 3-4 days later to come in for an interview. I went very professional in a skirt and dress shirt. There were other girls interviewing as well. We did a group interview and answered questions. I was called back that same day for a second interview (which was a 1:1). After that, I was hired and did the on-boarding process. Took a bit, but finally in their system!

Very easy going, felt like a normal conversation with the manager just specifying what she is looking for in an employee. It lasted about 5-10 min but felt shorter. This was my first interview ever as I am only 16 but the manager made me feel very comfortable and took into consideration that this was my first interview. Make sure you wear cute clothes and have an outgoing attitude!!
