I was excited to join this company because I’ve gone through a series of phone interviews before and even been brought in for the in person interview. I enjoyed the work environment and meeting the team. However, they do have you go through a long process of shadowing one of their recruiters. This is really when things went downhill as far as the interview because I was shadowing this person for Over for an hour. This person I was shadowing also did not seem too happy with the position and constantly cold calling companies all day long. I could feel the drain. The other people that were supposed to interview me seem to play much forget that I was there and was shadowing for longer than I needed to be shadowing per the plan. If you check it out this position is always posted online they are always looking for recruiters for this company so typically there is a reason for this. I suppose I dodged a bullet with this company. It’s just a bummer that was over three hours of my life I will never get back.
