Interview
Straight forward, casual interview. Questions were related to previous experience & pros/cons, plus position familiarity. Overall, non-stress interview, not some "where were you on the night of" experience. Only con, it did take a few weeks longer to start work.

Had an initial telephone conversation then got called in for an interview. After the interview I was contacted within a week with an offer. I applied for the job online after seeing the job post and sent my cv and cover letter in.

Interview
You are invited to an interview and it is usally attended by the team leader and a senior. They will then take it in turn to ask you various questions and about your experience. You dont have to have any experience at all. As long as they think you will do and follow everything they tell you to do.
