Human Resource Manager and her assistant will do a pre-assessment on the employee. background check and all. if all is well then you'll get the job. the interview will include a presentation of skills in teaching and how to manage a classroom full of students. type of teaching strategies and to check whether how to include activities in the class and prepare students for assessments, etc.

Personal profile, my name, address, status, qualifications, skills and my desire to work with honesty and integrity. the presentation went well as i managed to answer the question of the panel which includes high ranking officers of the university management.
