Later on the hiring manager reached out on LinkedIn to prepare a business plan to present to VP, ghosted me on their expectations.
VP wasn't aware of the business plan and didn't even look at my business plan.

It was a pretty standard interview process. Phone interview with HR > On site interview with VP of BD > On site interview with Sales Manager > On site interview with CEO. Onsite was at the office in a meeting room in the lobby.
