I applied online and received an invite to interview. I used the link and scheduled a time to talk. No one from AMBA got on the interview call. When I emailed to ask if we needed to reschedule, I have yet to receive a reply weeks later. Very disappointing.

Interview
I applied and within a few days had an email from a talent rep/screener based in Austin, TX. This was in early March. He said someone would be following up in two weeks in the Urbandale, IA office where job located. About a month later, I reached out to this rep via email to say nobody has called me yet. I never got a reply. I was ghosted.
The phone screen was great but I’m itself this negatively.
The CEO loved me but offered no follow up after expressing explicit interest and saying he'd call me within the next 3 days. Otherwise, pretty simple and easy over-the-phone interview process.
