I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMC Theatres (Tampa, FL) in Sep 2024
Interview
Very quick and easy process overall. You’re pulled away from the guests for a few minutes and asked a couple pretty obvious questions. Nothing stressful or complicated, and the whole thing is over before you know it.
They just asked a few questions about strengths and weaknesses, just regular interview questions. They also asked a few questions about commuting and location to ensure job compatibility, They had me come into the location for the interview, and I met with one of the assistant managers.
