I applied online and later met in person with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator Manager. The questions were direct and fair. However, they weren't open to a hybrid working schedule (which was my priority), and the whole ambience of the office felt a bit quiet and soulless. After reading the company reviews, everything fell into place.
