I applied through college. frst round was c aptitude. second round was on c, java, apptitude, softkills and some general questions. Third round was technical hr. And then general hr. Technical interview was so tough.

Interview
1st was preliminary test in that they ask 30. C questions it was easy. 2nd round is online test 3 hrs. In that they ask 20 c questions, 8086 or java 20 questions, two c programming and 2 8086 assembly programs. 10 IQ test and personality questions. Next selected in 2nd rounds. 3rd Round they ask c Programs, 8051 and linux concepts. Then hr.

They really encourage the candidates in a friendly manner during interview time also..1st and 2nd round there was lots of rejections..face to face interview checks our confidence level in our answer and only selects the candidates for next round who has very good technical knowledge.If we cleared the technical rounds they move to hr round.HR asks personal questions like our goal strengths weakness.
