1) Online language test (English) sent to a private email address 2) If the above passed, then a telephone interview (0.5 h) with questions regarding previous experience and education 3) If the above passed, then a face 2 face interview with 2 managers + additional tasks. A F2F interview (0.5- 1 h) is mainly a CV review of experience + 2-3 competency based questions in foreign language. Additional tasks include: a) copy - paste excercise in Ms Word, to determine whether a candidate is a better match to Sourcing or Administration role b) questions and answers excercise with a use of a telephone answering machine (you have to repeat sentences and answer some questions in foreign language) - this is used to ensure candidate meets a specific foreign language skills level
