This was a role with Lloyds which AMS were putting me forward for so were communicating with me on behalf of Lloyds. I completed the situational assessment and the maths questions so got to the next stage which was the video interview. I passed this and Lloyds were going to contact me for a meeting on Teams. I had the time and date and was waiting but no call came. I contacted AMS and they told me afterwards that they spelt my email address wrong when sending it to Lloyds so they sent the link to the wrong email. They then told me that Lloyds won’t give me a second chance even though it was their error as they think that I purposely missed the interview.
