Interview
1. A phone call which lasted for about 20-25 minutes
2. English language testing (since the position required fluency in English) (exercises for grammar, vocabulary, listening, writing). It was pretty easy
3. Another phone call with a native speaker of English who checked my level of the language
4. An interview with managers

What attracted me in the position I've applied to?
Very quick! It was very nice since the HR people are very professional and they make sure they answer your query if you have unclear thoughts about the process. And they were very nice about everything.
Lot of steps in recruitment process, it lasted for half a year, interview with managers. Friendly recruiters.
I also had lot of English tests, speaking, listening and grammar.
