Very systematic. They have a candidate portal so you can get a glimpse on what the company has to offer.
✅ Calendar invite will be sent after they got a confirmation for interview via call or text
✅ I like that there are reminders being sent via sms before the scheduled interview
✅ Interviewer was really nice and not intimidating at all.

Interview
Phone call & quick interview via phone & meeting with recruitment team & offer. The process was not difficult, and as far as I know, no special skills are required to get the job. Obviously, a lot of people left AMS in last 4 months, so I believe that they are very keen to have resources backfilled.
