This company utilizes like an extensive interview process. You have to undergo 4-5 phone interviews before you even have an in person interview. When you show up for the interview, you are given an "assessment" that has no bearing on an individual's knowledge of chemistry. You are then led to a conference room where you are interviewed by a lead chemist.
