Having interviewed with two CEOs in a single day, I encountered a disappointing experience where the focus was on irrelevant questions rather than exploring my potential contributions to the company. Both interviewers seemed more interested in critiquing my past experiences and abilities rather than understanding how I could add value to their organization. The interviewers' arrogance and lack of respect reflect a great deal of unprofessionalism.
Upon questioning the company's future direction, it became apparent they lacked any vision and constructive solutions to address their internal issues. Instead of acknowledging their leadership shortcomings, they seemed inclined to shift blame onto customers and employees for any setbacks.
Overall, this interview experience highlighted significant red flags, indicating a lack of direction, accountability, and integrity within the organization. I strongly advise against considering opportunities with this company, and it was a disappointing waste of time.
