I applied for the job on ZipRecruiter and was directly invited for an on-site interview. My interview was scheduled with Barry Hines from the Engineering Department at 3 pm on a Tuesday. However, my interview started at about 4:10 pm since Barry was in a meeting / conference call. He thanked me for being patient. He asked me one question after which it was mostly him insisting on me asking more questions. The interview was much shorter than expected - close to 20 minutes or so. In a typical interview, I would have said that I probably had not done much to impress the interviewer if I was out in 20 minutes, but Barry insisted that his interviews were always pretty short. So I was pretty optimistic about my chances after the interview but I guess I did go wrong somewhere.
