At the beginning the process was easy and they were good with communication until they decided to ghost me after the final round. The process last 3 weeks, every interview was made by zoom. The first interview was with the CEO and the last 2 with the CEO and team members. I made it to the final round, during the last interview I made the questions. I was waiting to have a follow up about their decision a week later. After 8 days I sent an email to have an update. They just never responded. I do not think they respect their candidates time.
