first the company called through phone call to join the interview to discuss CV and general question from three interviewer. Start with technical interviewer which asking deeply in management process then HR negotiation which is more straight forward, including IQ test it was easy. after two week i have received an email with the offer then i reply with my signature on the scanned copy of the offer
