I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ARx (Tennessee) (Franklin, TN) in Sep 2015
Interview
Interview was with the CEO, Bill Chace. He interviews most candidates. Interview was pretty relaxed. He just ask you some questions to get to know you a bit just because he's a good guy it seems. He'll hire anyone as long as they don't seem like a complete moron or something is completely strange about you. Trust me there are some real idiots working there, and I didn't sound too bright in my interview. He hired me anyways. Didn't seem to care.

ARX is a small company that tends to use outside agencies for recruiting, background screenings, payroll and HR compliance, etc. However, should your qualifications meet their entry level standards you will be called for a panel interview with the CEO and Director of OPS. Once all information has been reviewed you will be notified if you were selected. This process takes about 7 - 10 business days.
