I was asked general questions and offered job. Interviewer was friendly and courteous. Questions were easy normal interview questions, really

Describe one time you solved a problem innovativelt
Interview took several attempts to successfully get. Environment was laid back in the office. No meeting/interview room at the time of initial interview. Interview was quick and enlightening. Afterwords I toured the offices fully and met some interesting people.
