Interview
After submitting my application and resume online, I went through an email interview, phone interview, in-person interview, and floor interview. It was a long process, but it was so worth it!
Phone interview, formal, and floor interview. Formal is with a manager and floor interview is assisting instructors on the floor. You interact with kids and help the instructor with the tasks they give you.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASI Gymnastics (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process was lengthy, but I felt like it was necessary for this position. I had to do a phone interview, in person interview and a floor interview. In all I spent at least 5 hours interviewing.
