Interview for out front employee was fun and easy. It took place on campus. Interviewer was in management--they were friendly and the questions were very straight forward. It was a group interview and we each got asked the same questions.
Group interview with situational and personal questions. The process was about an hour long with one of Coho supervisors. Overall it was an easy and straightforward process. Customer service related questions to see how you would do working with customers. The last question was “If you could have an animal by your side 24/7 what animal would you choose and why?’

Group interview with 4 other people. Pretty easy and laidback. It's intimidating at first because there was a panel of 4 interviewers, but they made you feel comfortable and the questions weren't hard.
