Long process involving 2 in person interviews, in two different cities Calgary then Edmonton in their HQ. Well over 100 applicants for position, not much transparency for applicants in terms of their standing.

Design considerations for placement of a transmission line post
It was straightforward. They asked behavioral questions mostly. There were multiple rounds. You start with HR, then interview with hiring manager. You get to talk to various EIT currently working in the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ATCO Ltd. (Edmonton, AB) in Feb 2018
Interview
Make are you go to career fairs and bring a resume in case you meet the ATCO guys. They look for well rounded people. Remember to sign in and sign out at the front desk at the interview.
